Strategic Plan
Pollards strategic plan for 2006-2010 will focus on three key objectives.

Pollards is adopting new metal processing technology. This technology will enable Pollards to enhance the capabilities of Metal Fabricators in North Queensland.
Pollards is investing in new galvanizing processes adding to the capabilities of North Queensland Industry to deliver on the most demanding projects.
Pollards has been accredited by the Queensland government as a preferred supplier. We are now in a continual improvement loop and quality principles are being applied to all facets of the operation. This will ensure Pollards remains commercially viable for the long-term whilst maintaining our value proposition.
